Bio
Max serves as the Director of Logistics, overseeing project schedules and calendars. His responsibility lies in ensuring timely and efficient installations by coordinating the arrival of personnel and materials to the designated job sites. He also allocates teams to projects based on schedule requirements. Max takes charge of booking travel arrangements for the installation team, including flights, cars, hotels, storage, and freight.
In addition to logistics management, Max plans and executes supply chain operations while maximizing asset and supply utilization. He identifies process bottlenecks and suggests innovative solutions for improvement. Furthermore, he establishes travel budgets by negotiating rates with travel agencies. Monitoring installer travel activities is another key aspect of his role along with reconciling expenses.
His previous experience includes a successful tenure with Breckenridge Grand Vacations from 2004 to 2017. Serving as a subcontractor providing general construction services to this renowned timeshare company, he played an integral role in developing three major multi-million-dollar projects: Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Lodge on Peak 7, and Colorado Grand.
Outside of work commitments, Max nurtures a passionate interest in fast cars. However, his top priority is spending quality time with his cherished wife and son during his leisure moments.
