DAS Installer

Description of Work: DAS installers will work as part of a tightknit, cohesive team installing cellular repeaters and Public Safety DAS systems in new construction and existing commercial buildings across the United States.

Entry Level DAS Installer Job Duties:

  • Pulling, terminating and testing wire
  • Providing world-class customer service to everyone we interact with
  • Running and bending conduit
  • Meticulous clean-up of job site
  • Inventory control, keeping tools and gear secure
  • Maintaining OSHA certifications (company will pay for courses)
  • Tracking and reporting per diem expenses.

Location:  We are based in Denver but travel nationwide, Monday through Friday, home each weekend.  We are currently building teams in DENVER, OMAHA, ST. LOUIS, DALLAS, CHARLOTTE and SALT LAKE CITY.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of in-the-field cellular DAS installation experience.
  • MUST be able to travel extensively: Mon-Fri on the road in various cities across U.S., weekends at home. MUST live near a major international airport within the continental US, preferably served by Southwest Airlines. Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport – NOT rideshare.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally; be a self-starter with initiative.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and an ability to innovate on the go.
  • Ready and able to perform arduous physical labor including lifting 100 lb. + rolls of wire and more. This cannot be overstated: it’s hard work.
  • Well-spoken, businesslike communicator; good listener; adaptable.
  • Able to read and interpret a set of blueprints.
  • Able to follow detailed instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess your own basic telecom tools including snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, steel toed boots, etc. Required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses and safety vest) and uniform shirts are provided by company.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions).
  • Must be willing to be vaccinated to the standards of any of our healthcare clients.

  • Must have a current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1 years driving experience.

Pay and Benefits:  

  • Hourly rate is based on experience – from $50,000 to $60,000 per year for entry level installer plus per diem and potential bonuses.  
  • First 60 days are a benefits waiting period. On the 1st day of the month following the 60-day waiting period, assuming a positive performance review, you would be brought on as an hourly employee with full benefits.
